In a recent survey, 97 women working in unique and non-traditional pathways confirmed that exposure to and connection with female role models is important for girls when considering their own pathways, and 88% believe that their own career pathway would have been improved if they had access themselves to these influencers during high school.

We take girls 'behind the scenes' across a variety of exciting industry landscapes to see working life first-hand and connect with inspiring women holding fascinating job roles.
I absolutely LOVED being a part of the program and meeting the other girls as well as extraordinary women in various roles. I think that the workshops and company excursions allowed me to really see what it takes to be successful in today's world.
Furthermore, they inspired me to put in 100% to my schoolwork and sports to ensure that I build strong foundations to become a successful young woman.
